New Study Compares Assessment Tools
Cynthia Carlisle and Dan Logue, Fellows of the Innovation University, have just released their new study comparing seven well-known assessment tools with particular reference to their use in revealing preferences for problem solving, creativity, innovation, thinking styles, and personality. This study gives the reader insight into the consistency and comparability of the assessments (Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument, C.A.R.E., Kirton Adaption-Innovation Inventory, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Bi/Polar Analysis of Core Strengths, Predictive Index and Adversity Quotient). It also provides ideas for combining assessments to gain a more complete picture of an individual's preferences. IN Members are invited to obtain this study by going to the Members-Only Section of the website.
