Just imagine
You glance at the calendarits December 27, 2001and
you reflect on the past year.
People you work with have really loosened up. New ideas practically
seep out of the walls, and upper management is really hearing
them these days. Everywhere you look, there are teams strategizing,
implementing and reaping the rewards of success. Where once
meetings were dreaded, now they are celebrations of collaboration.

culture through a collage of photographic images, icons
and objects that help you express your aspirations in
an eloquent and meaningful way.
- Use improv theatre principles to experience a "meta"
level of collaboration and learn how to take those back
to your organization.
- Practice inquiry and dialog skills to enhance listening
for ideas.
- Build a 3-dimensional model of an innovative culture
to explore the relationships between structure, processes
and the people factors that produce innovation.
