Participants will learn how businesses today, including First American, are using mindfulness to improve productivity, reduce turnover, inspire more committed team members, increase job satisfaction and enhance creativity in the workplace.

 In addition to the Innovation Story Blitz, Laurel will lead mindfulness meditation sessions each morning in which you’ll have a chance to spend a few minutes tapping into the core of your energy, potential and power. Learn a mindfulness technique that will enhance your creativity and productivity. And, at the end of the session you will be able to take this tool back to your office and teach your team members a new tool for the new millenium of business.
