Innovation Partnership Workshops

Two key competencies for the new millennium are Innovation and Collaboration. How urgently information travels up and down the supply and distribution chains, how efficiently we can enact supply, how quickly we can respond to customer needs and how accurately we can anticipate customer desires—these are the How-Tos of today’s business. No matter what industry or business, no organization is an island. Success is dependent upon the abilities of organizations to innovate together for a mutually profitable goal.

Innovation Partnership Workshops are a new and unique way for industry partners to learn to innovate together. Industry leading corporations sponsor the participation of a team or "innovation task force" of up to 10 members linking their supply and distribution chains. Team participants should represent the sponsoring organization as well at least two supplier members and at least two customer members. These teams will take advantage of Convergence 2000 learning opportunities, as well as, facilitated work sessions to forge a new collaborative innovation model.
