Patti Saathoff (CIGNA HealthCare of Arizona) and Lynne Snead (FranklinCovey) will review the process set up through a Project Management Office to assist idea makers in getting their projects assessed, planned, presented to and approved by Senior Management. Benefits to this approach will be presented including the value of having decisions made in a timely fashion one way or the other before large amounts of time and resources have been expended.
