Co-author of the best-selling Innovate with C.A.R.E. Profile, published by Carlson Learning Co., Mr. Fahden has written articles on his work for such business periodicals as Executive Excellence and Learning 2000. The profile system, identifying people as Creators, Advancers, Refiners or Executors, and the work processes associated with it, have been implemented in businesses in the U.S., as well as Japan, Germany, England, South Africa, Malaysia and Australia.

Organizations that have adopted Mr. Fahden's book, seminars and techniques include: 3M, GE-Capital, Coca-Cola, Nissan, U.S. West, DuPont, Saturn, Cargill, Eastman-Kodak, Volvo, Ceridian, Deloitte Touche, United Health, Crystal Farms Foods, First Bank, Norwest Bank, Ameridata, Medtronic, Gannett, Chemical Bank, Bank of Boston, the University of Minnesota and the Minneapolis Star Tribune.

The innovation and work styles featured in Mr. Fahden's work have resulted from years of developing ways to create new ideas that will sell both to clients and the mass market. His experience in the field includes presiding over his own award-winning advertising agency, as well as serving as Vice-president and Creative Director of D'Arcy, Masius, Benton, and Bowles, and as Senior Writer for accounts such as Levi's at Foote, Cone, and Belding in San Francisco.

Mr. Fahden lives in Colorado, dividing his time between writing,corporate consulting, innovation seminars and giving keynote speeches. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Innovation Network.
