Developing Change Leadership
Tom Drucker offers an unusual approach to keynote addresses. His work begins long before he arrives at the meeting or conference site. In advance of the presentation, he interviews roughly 1/3 of the participants to discover the major challenges they and their organizations face. Then, his presentation uses the company's issues as a starting place for discovering solutions.
His presentation sessions are fun and full of ideas that participants can hardly wait to take home.
Before he began consulting and speaking, Tom worked globally for a variety of corporations, including Proctor and Gamble, TRW
Systems, Hughes Aircraft, Xerox and Bank of America, in the areas of productivity and quality improvement, information systems and management
effectiveness. This early experience continues to shape and focus Tom's work on leadership skills, strategy development,
communication, the planning and execution of successful change efforts by the utilization of people to their fullest capacities.
Spending ten years as an executive in Human Resources at Xerox Corporation provided Tom with a global business perspective and refined his personal skills in leadership and management. He has
developed unique methods for coaching very successful leaders as they take their organizations to their next stage of
development. He has helped develop and execute strategies in technology, service, consumer products, and manufacturing
industries. He has helped both startups as well as large global organizations to produce dramatic business results.
Tom studied at the University of Vienna, received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from UCLA, and graduate degrees
in Psychology and Business, both from UCLA. The fee for Tom's keynote presentations is $8k to $10k.
