Tim Gallwey In the early '70s, Tim Gallwey wrote The Inner Game of Tennis, a book which was to
become a classic in establishing the crucial importance of non-judgmental
observation and self trust in the learning and coaching of all performance-driven
activities. Inner Tennis: Playing the Game, Inner Skiing, The Inner Game of Golf, and The Inner Game of Music Tim has been, and continues to be a sought-after speaker and seminar designer by corporations interested in creating environments for learning and peak performance. Long-term clients have included AT&T, Apple Computer, IBM, Anheuser Busch, Coca Cola and Southern New England Bell. For the last five years, Tim has been the primary external consultant to The Coca Cola Company, developing a corporate learning culture. He designed and conducted twelve four-day seminars which trained Coca Cola's top international management team, and as many two-day seminars to help middle management maximize the on-the-job team learning. Last year he also trained all the top management of Southern New England Bell in two-day seminars designed to alter SNET's management paradigm from a command and control context, to a learning context at a time when the company was facing down-sizing and open competition for the first time. |
