Developer of Creativity Quotient Kit
From ground zero in 1978, Rocky Mountain Clothing Company (RMCC) grew to over $50 million in the early 1990's as Ruth Ann moved through every function from design to production to sales to marketing. As an acquisition of Miller International, Inc., RMCC has an unfailing record of profitability as the largest division of Miller since the late 1980's. As a corporate VP and division president, she navigated through changes typical of today's business climate-growth, merger, downsizing, and reengineering. Today, Ruth Ann offers to other businesses her expertise in innovation and creative problem solving, change management and vision/future planning in the form of consultation or facilitation. From within her former corporate arena and with outside organizations, she gained broad experience facilitating think sessions as well as task forces. She has also logged countless days as a teacher/trainer and has written various articles and training materials. Ruth Ann has been involved in the emerging field of Innovation/Creative Problem Solving for several years as a facilitator. She co-created a workshop called Camp Innovation which has been presented publicly and was also adopted by a major telecommunications firm for product development retreats. Ruth Ann holds a B.S. from Oregon State University in Home Economics and Journalism. More recently, she was a Founding Fellow of Innovation University, sponsored by the Innovation Network and has attended the Creative Problem Solving Institute at State University in Buffalo, New York. The fee for Ruth Ann's keynote presentations is $2500 to $5000.
