Thomas Kuczmarski

A nationally recognized expert in developing new products, services and marketing strategies, Thomas Kuczmarski has forged a new meaning for "innovation" throughout corporate America.

As Chairman and Senior Partner of his own business consulting company, he has successfully developed new products and business strategies for a comprehensive range of industries, from small businesses to Fortune 100 corporations. Mr. Kuczmarski lectures on innovation management and leadership to a broad range of corporations and associations nationally and internationally.

His first book, Managing New Products: The Power of Innovation, is widely regarded as one of the most comprehensive treaties on developing new products. His second book, Values-Based Leadership, demonstrates how to re-energize employees with a renewed sense of belonging, commitment and connection to their organization. His most recent book, Innovation: Leadership Strategies for the Competative Edge, was written to challenge the old way of thinking among corporate America.
