Grace McGartland believes that individuals can learn to harness their brain power and use it as a strategic advantage to achieve amazing results. For the past 15 years, she has used fresh, idea-sparking techniques to coach Fortune 500 companies and professional/trade associations on how to rejuvenate corporate thinking and improve employee performance.
Following a master's degree in Communications and Technology from the University of Pittsburgh, Grace was trained by The McNellis Company for certification as an advanced facilitator of creative thinking and by Development Dimensions International as a master trainer. In addition, she served as President of the National Association of Women Business Owners (1992-1993), which represents the interests of 6.5 million U.S. women business owners. McGartland's keynote fees range from $2500 to $5000.
