Dr. Gryskiewicz, is an international authority with thirty years experience, in creativity, leadership, and innovation. He has explored these topics, both in research and application, in product development, team creativity, and service delivery in North, Latin, and South Americas; Europe; the Middle East and Asia Pacific to include Japan; Korea and Singapore. Dr. Gryskiewicz, whose Ph.D. is in Organizational Psychology from the University of London, has been at the Center for Creative Leadership since its inception in 1970.

In 1993, Dr. Gryskiewicz was named Senior Fellow, Creativity and Innovation. The special position of Senior Fellow is an honor granted by the Center for distinguished service and national recognition in a designated field. His most recent thinking on organizational renewal and proactive change management, Positive Turbulence, was published in July of 1999 by Jossey-Bass and is now in second printing.

In 1997, Dr. Gryskiewicz was named a vice president with responsibility for coordinating CCL’s global initiatives. In his new role, Gryskiewicz advises the Center on global strategy and policy, trends and best practices in the field of global leadership development, and gathers Center-wide learning from it’s global activities. He currently is a member of the US delegation for the Human Resources Working Group for APEC (Asian Pacific Economic Cooperation).
