The largest wireless company in the U.S managed their acquisition initiatives at a regional level across the nation using disparate data sources. Having multiple separate disparate data sources resulted in a compromised tracking and reporting capability resulting in an inabilty to make effective marketing decisions and develop effective global marketing campaigns.

Solution
thinkSmart created an outsourced customer and prospect data warehouse. The design of the data warehouse allowed for the integration of multiple data input sources with highly efficient data processing algorithms. This design included a scalable architecture enabling new data sources to very quickly be set up as new integration points.

Data as a single view was established instilling confidence that any reporting or decision making was being made from reliable global data.
