"Fundamentals of Innovation" Workshop Day Presented to IU participants and clients of Carlos Thais and Jose Portillo's work group from the national Electoral office

Sept. 15-17: Machu Picchu Site Visit (cost $500 all-inclusive) Includes presentation by a "brujo" (sort of a witch doctor or shaman) about the mysticism of the ancient Incas Monday, Sept. 18: Departures of those who went to Machu Picchu

Innovation University is an in-depth research program to examine the elements that contribute to an innovative organizational culture. Fellows attend four meetings and implement an innovation initiative or conduct their own research on the topic. Sponsors attend one meeting and receive the reports from the year-long program. IU also offers the opportunity for guests to attend a single meeting.
